Responsibilities
- Content Management: Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Social Media Strategy: Monitor social media channels for trends, engage with followers, and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Campaign Support: Help coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports for the marketing team.
- Collaboration: Work with the design team to ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
- Administrative Support: Manage marketing calendars, organize events, and handle general office inquiries.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Writing Ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of basic SEO principles and keyword research is highly desirable.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Kansas City, MO office or hybrid model.
