Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, and print.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to ensure consistent brand messaging and high engagement rates.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with on-page SEO optimization for company websites and blog content.
- Create, edit, and distribute marketing collateral, including newsletters, press releases, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor key marketing metrics (KPIs) and prepare weekly performance reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a marketing or administrative role (internships considered).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
