Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Assist in creating email marketing campaigns with Mailchimp and Klaviyo
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using SEMrush and Google Analytics
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword optimization and content auditing
- Manage CRM data entry and lead nurturing workflows
- Coordinate with design team for promotional materials and graphics
- Track campaign performance metrics and generate monthly reports
- Assist in planning and executing virtual marketing events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of marketing experience with portfolio showcasing digital campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, and Canva
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects with flexible scheduling needs
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
