Responsibilities
- Execute social media campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Assist in creating compelling email marketing content and newsletters
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research and content optimization
- Manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and generate weekly reports
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing collateral
- Coordinate with external vendors for promotional events and partnerships
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience with portfolio samples
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) preferred
- Must be available for immediate start and on-site work in Plano
