Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) and ROI.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
