Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEM platforms
- Create compelling content including blog posts, ad copy, and email newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with design team to produce marketing materials and brand assets
- Manage CRM database and maintain accurate customer segmentation
- Assist in developing quarterly marketing strategies and budget planning
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Support event planning and execution for local marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of marketing experience with digital campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Local Henderson residency preferred (or willingness to relocate immediately)
