Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Coordinate with design teams to create compelling visual assets and promotional materials
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate customer databases

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience with digital campaign execution
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies
