Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create engaging content including blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional graphics
- Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads & Meta
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Coordinate with vendors for event marketing and promotional materials
- Assist in SEO strategy implementation and keyword research
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience with digital focus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics certification preferred
- Excellent written communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Local El Paso market knowledge a plus
