Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and PPC platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights reports
- Support content creation including blog posts, social media copy, and email newsletters
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate client/prospect databases
- Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities across the Tampa Bay area
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets and brand consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with digital tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms
- Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Local Tampa market knowledge a plus
