Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Create & schedule email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
- Assist in developing promotional content & digital ads
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics & HubSpot
- Coordinate local event marketing & community outreach
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Support SEO initiatives & keyword research
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite & Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms & trends
- Excellent written communication & attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
