Responsibilities
- Execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Assist in content creation including blog posts, email newsletters, and ad copy
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with design team for promotional materials and graphic assets
- Manage email marketing schedules and CRM database maintenance
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research and on-page optimization
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management tools
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Valid driver's license for local event support
