Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that drives community interaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in creating compelling marketing collateral including brochures, emails, and website content
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate marketing events and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain and update the company CRM system with prospect and customer data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, including social media management
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp) and Google Analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong graphic design abilities with Adobe Creative Suite expertise
