- Assist in content creation including blog posts, graphics, and video scripts
- Manage CRM data and maintain accurate customer information
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research and optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
