Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate customer data pipelines
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with design team to produce promotional materials and assets
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing events in the Santa Ana area
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or assistant role
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management tools
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio demonstrating content creation
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
