Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and local platforms
- Create engaging content (blogs, graphics, videos) aligned with brand voice and audience interests
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Manage CRM systems to track leads and nurture customer relationships
- Coordinate with local influencers and community partners for brand amplification
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis for strategic planning
- Support event coordination and promotional activities across the Coastal Bend region
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with digital campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating successful marketing initiatives required
- Local Corpus Christi market knowledge preferred
