Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Create compelling content including social media posts, email newsletters, and blog articles
- Manage and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Coordinate with design teams to produce marketing collateral and promotional materials
- Support market research initiatives and competitor analysis
- Manage CRM database and maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of marketing experience or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp)
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Basic graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
