Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Create compelling content including blog posts, graphics, and video scripts
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Manage social media calendars and community engagement initiatives
- Assist with SEO optimization and keyword research strategies
- Coordinate with design teams for promotional materials and brand assets
- Support marketing events and trade show activations in the Tampa area
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of marketing experience with digital campaign execution
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio of content samples
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices

- Local Tampa Bay market knowledge preferred
