Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
- Manage and curate content for company blogs, social media platforms, and newsletters to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support the SEO team in optimizing website content and tracking performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets for marketing collateral.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and engage with the online community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and content management systems.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and keyword research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
