Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Manage content calendars and create engaging copy for blogs, ads, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with design team to produce marketing collateral and assets
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
- Support event planning and promotional activities
- Maintain CRM database and lead tracking systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management tools
