Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Assist in developing email marketing campaigns and newsletter production
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush
- Support SEO initiatives through content optimization and keyword research
- Create marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Coordinate logistics for local events and promotional activations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of marketing experience with digital campaign exposure
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management tools
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page adjustments
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating content creation or campaign examples
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
