Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and email platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, and short-form video for various channels.
- Manage and update the company website and CMS (Content Management System) to ensure accuracy and engagement.
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare weekly reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide necessary marketing collateral and support.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive activities in the local Nashville market.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
