Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, including emails, blog posts, and social media content.
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) by scheduling posts and engaging with the community.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and tracking keyword rankings.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide monthly reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
