Responsibilities
Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks according to established blueprints and safety guidelines.Monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations and report any malfunctions.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet strict standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.Basic math and reading comprehension skills.Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
