- Architect and execute high-volume recruiting strategies specifically designed for the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Source and screen elite technical talent across the United States, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of passive candidates ready to join the revolution.
- Collaborate with CTOs and Engineering Leads to define technical requirements and hiring benchmarks.
- Utilize advanced SEO and data-driven sourcing tools to maximize candidate reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within AI and Engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully placing high-level technical talent in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 tech landscape and emerging skill sets.
- Expert proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Boolean search.
- Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach to hiring.
