Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within the network.
- Respond to incoming help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and backup verification.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, IP addressing, and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in IT is a plus.
