Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software systems across 150+ workstations
- Resolve Tier 1-2 technical issues via ticketing system and live support
- Implement network security protocols and access controls
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) and SaaS integrations
- Conduct user training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment deployment
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell) a plus
