Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase brand awareness.
- Assist in creating compelling blog posts, website copy, and engaging email newsletters.
- Conduct keyword research and perform basic SEO tasks to improve organic search visibility.
- Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and report on key KPIs.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns.
- Support the coordination of local community events and digital promotions in the El Paso area.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and apply them to our marketing mix.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
