Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with on-page SEO optimization for client websites.
- Create engaging blog posts, social media captions, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) using Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Support the content marketing team in researching industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Manage basic CRM tasks and update customer databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
