Responsibilities
- Assist in Campaign Execution: Support the marketing team in the daily management and execution of social media campaigns and email newsletters.
- Content Creation: Draft engaging blog posts, social media captions, and basic graphic content using Canva.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities to help shape our strategies.
- SEO Support: Assist with on-page SEO tasks, including keyword research and optimizing web content for better visibility.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across various digital platforms in a professional manner.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Help maintain accurate databases and prepare basic weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn over technical expertise.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new software tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
