- Collect, clean, and process large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform statistical analysis and create visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Python or R.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
