Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of large datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations (dashboards) using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and areas for business improvement.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support business strategy and reporting needs.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate records for internal audits.
- Support the senior data team in research projects and data modeling exercises.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python (Pandas) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
