Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Assist customers in navigating our platform and resolving their technical issues or questions.
- Learn and utilize our internal CRM and knowledge base software to manage customer records.
- Collaborate with the senior support team to identify common trends and improve service protocols.

Qualifications
