As a Junior Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience with our brand. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your growth and success are our top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and find solutions.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate product features to potential clients.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- A positive, resilient attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (remote/hybrid hybrid option available).
- Ability to commit to full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.
