Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain detailed client documentation in our CRM system
- Analyze usage data to recommend product optimization strategies
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Support new client onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Customer service experience preferred (internships count!)

- Valid Arizona driver's license if field visits required
