Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for a 100% satisfaction rate.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure consistent service delivery and process improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
