Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows and requirements specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Support QA testing cycles and documentation of system changes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Track KPIs and generate monthly performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field (2023-2024 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn through our training program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
