Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and secure IT environment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Strong interest in technology, computers, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
