Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement IT best practices and security protocols.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
