Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and conveyors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick products and prepare them for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as trained.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must provide a valid ID and social security card for employment verification.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
