Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential clients within the Washington DC metro area.
- Present company solutions to new and existing customers through consultative selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Attend daily team meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and receive mentorship.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in-person at our DC headquarters.
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
