Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales by effectively demonstrating product features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to maintain attractive store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Conduct inventory counts and report stock discrepancies to management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or sales experience required
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for potential store transfers)
- Basic math skills for inventory and transaction processing
