Responsibilities
- Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely perform daily tasks using standard warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and organizing inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience is accepted.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to follow instructions.
