Responsibilities
- Operate precision machinery and assembly equipment following safety protocols
- Perform quality inspections and product testing procedures
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and manufacturing documentation
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and production areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Document production data and maintain quality records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Valid Michigan driver's license (preferred)
