Responsibilities
- Handle 80+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Master our proprietary CRM system during paid training (8 hours/week)
- Resolve issues within SLA targets while maintaining 95% satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce for continuous improvement
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine skills
Qualifications
