Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Meet/exceed KPIs: CSAT >90%, AHT <180 seconds
- Document interactions accurately in real-time
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvements
- Uphold PCI compliance standards for payment processing
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
