Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive HVAC technical training program covering installation, maintenance, and repair

- Develop customer service skills through client interactions and service calls

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth area
- Willingness to obtain EPA 608 certification within 6 months
