Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clearly articulate the value proposition to potential buyers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.
- Track customer interactions and sales data accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped commission.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
