Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the Anchorage market.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections to close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B or B2C sales (preferred).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (essential for Anchorage market coverage).
- Strong communication skills and a "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
