Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using advanced CRM tools and proprietary systems
- Exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Collaborate with specialized teams to resolve escalated cases
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume call center experience
- Proven track record exceeding performance metrics
- Expertise in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- Strong typing proficiency (50+ WPM)
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
