Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital transactions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with audit protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products (credit cards, loans, investments)
- Operate core banking systems and learn fraud detection procedures
- Train on branch operations including safe deposit services and merchant transactions
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews with advancement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with basic financial calculations and software applications
- Ability to pass federal background check and credit check
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Availability for weekday shifts including Saturdays
- Commitment to 12-month training program
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for potential branch rotations
